The rumors have been spread about the new upcoming OnePlus Nord series smartphone which is the OnePlus Nord 2, the company has yet not officially announced the launch date but maybe within this week they will officially announce the launch of the OnePlus Nord 2.
The Nord 2 is expected to be the best mid range phone of the OnePlus around 400 dollars approximately 30,000 inr because it will have a chipset which is powerful enough to compete with an sd870.

THE ULTIMATE REVIEW OF ONEPLUS NORD 2
The OnePlus Nord 2, is not yet announced officially by the company but the smartphone’s specs have been leaked some days ago. OnePlus Nord 2 smartphone’s official launch announcement is expected to be on July 22, 2021.
After OnePlus announces the launch, they’ll also probably mention the launch date within a very short period. OnePlus Nord 2 is expected to be available in the market within the end of July, 2021.

The OnePlus Nord 2 is a 5G smartphone, but the network band’s information is yet unknown. It supports following networks
The build quality of this smartphone is expected to be great because the previous OnePlus Nord’s build quality was pretty good and is expected to be the same in this phone too. The dimensions & weight of the smartphone is unknown yet.
If we talk about the overview of the smartphone, it has a glass front which is protected with Gorilla Glass 5 and it also has a glass back which is also protected by Gorilla Glass 5. There is no particular information about the frame of the smartphone as of now and I am sure you will get to know about it as soon as the OnePlus announces the Nord 2 officially.
The OnePlus Nord 2 has dual sim slots and there will be no option to insert the SD card. Two nano-SIM can be inserted. Dual stand-by feature is available. From the past couple of years, OnePlus smartphones haven’t provided a slot to insert SD cards in their smartphones, maybe because they provide sufficient storage in their smartphones.
The OnePlus Nord 2 has a Fluid AMOLED HDR10+ display with a maximum refresh rate of 90Hz. The display size of the OnePlus Nord 2 is 6.44 inches that is 100.1cm².
The screen resolution in the OnePlus Nord 2 is 1080×2400 pixels with the ratio of 20:9. The screen had the approximate ppi density of 409. The screen has the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The OnePlus Nord 2 has the latest Android version which is Android 11 and it runs on OxygenOS 11.X. It is powered by MediaTek MT6893 Dimensity 1200 5G chipset which is a powerful chipset for gaming and it’s based on 6nm technology.

As I mentioned before, there is no SD card slot in this smartphone.
OnePlus Nord 2 has a triple camera setup. Though this is not a camera centric smartphone, it’s camera is awesome.

- 8MP, f/2.3, 119° camera for ultrawide shots.
- 2MP, f/2.4 for macro shots
The camera of the OnePlus Nord 2 smartphone’s camera is pretty awesome and it has a dual-LED flash, HDR and panorama like features. The video recording can be done with the camera of this smartphone in following resolutions
- 4K@30fps, 1080p@30/60/240fps, gyro-EIS.
There are two front-facing cameras (dual) with HDR feature in the OnePlus Nord 2.
- 32MP, f/2.5 for wide selfie shots

The speaker quality in this OnePlus Nord 2 is good. The disappointing fact is that these days very few smartphones are given a 3.5mm jack, this smartphone too doesn’t have a headphone jack.

The OnePlus Nord 2 has a under display, optical fingerprint scanner with accelerometer, gyro, proximity and compass options. The fingerprint scanner response is expected to be fast because the old OnePlus Nord’s fingerprint scanner was a bit slow in response.
The OnePlus Nord 2 has a Li-Po battery with 4500 mAh capacity. It’s a non removable battery which is sealed inside the smartphone. This smartphone supports 30W fast charging and hopefully it will support wireless charging and reverse wireless charging.
The OnePlus Nord 2 is a mid-range smartphone and it’s price is expected to be near to ₹30,000 ($400).
