The build quality of SONY XPERIA 1 III is awesome because it has a preinstalled Gorilla glass victus to protect its screen. This smartphone has a glass back which is Gorilla glass 6. The body of the phone has a glass finish and the frames are of aluminum.

The surprising thing is Sony has provided the fingerprint scanner at the side of the phone, a side mounted fingerprint scanner. This is a flagship smartphone and everybody expected to have an under display fingerprint scanner but unfortunately we don’t have it.
SONY XPERIA 1 III has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner with native SONY alpha camera support.
BATTERY
SONY XPERIA 1 III has a decent capacity battery which is a Li-Po battery with 4500mAh capacity and the battery is non removable.
This smartphone supports fast charging upto 30W, this phone gets 50% charged within half an hour. Fast wireless charging, reverse wireless charging can also be done with a high speed charging rate.
