IPL GAME FOR ANDROID – 2021

Share

One of the worst things about this year is that the IPL tournament was stopped in the middle due to Covid and hopefully it will resume on 19th of September 2021 as announced by the Board of Control for Cricket in India.

Today’s blog is special for cricket fans, most of us love to play cricket games on our smartphones and there are lots of games available in Playstore but they don’t perform upto the mark as the computer or Playstation games do. Yes, we can’t literally compare smartphones with PC or Playstation because they are big devices with lots of new features in them which we can’t expect to be in the Smartphones for the next 10 years.

If you like my blogs do share them with your friends and family and check out our other gaming related blogs by clicking the below button.

We provide genuine information here on this website. The information provided in the blogs are written by the author after referring to several sources.

WHICH IS THE BEST CRICKET GAME ON GOOGLE PLAYSTORE ??

It’s been rumoured that the Indian Premier League is resuming from 19th of September 2021 and you guys might be so excited and eagerly waiting for it. In this present scenario most of us love playing the IPL tournament on your smartphones. In this blog we are going to talk about one of the best Cricket games which is currently available on the Google Playstore in which you can play the IPL tournament.

WORLD CRICKET CHAMPIONSHIP 3, this is the game which is available in Playstore for free and has very good graphics compared to other smartphone cricket games and the gameplay is awesome. About all these things we are going to talk about in the later part of the blog.

WHY WCC3’s IPL TOURNAMENT (NPL) IS THE BEST COMPARED TO OTHER CRICKET GAME’S TOURNAMENTS?

                            &

HOW GOOD IS THE GAME?.. WHY SHOULD YOU TRY IT OUT?

The IPL hasn’t started yet but if you want to play the IPL tournament on your smartphone WCC3 is the best one I would say. The game is still in its early access phase and some features are not completely available for the users.

Well I’ve played the game (IPL TOURNAMENT IN THIS GAME) for about one week now and here’s my review of it👇

FEATURES

So, first things first. The WCC3 carries forward a lot of elements from WCC2 like a really long UI full of game mods. Sadly most of these game mods require you to pay to unlock them. Meaning, this is a FREEMIUM game and that makes it super annoying at times. For instance if you want to play the NPL tournament of this game, you can’t play it for free. You may have to pay 600 bucks to enter into the tournament.

IN – GAME CURRENCIES AND HOW TO GET THEM.

Like many other games in which you have to buy stuff you have two currencies – GOLD & PLATINUM. Platinum the less abundant currency is required to unlock most of the game mods while Gold is required to start a match in free mod.

You can easily earn gold by watching video ads and wasting your time. The entire game is sprinkled with ads by-the-way and I am pretty sure you are used to that if you play any cricket game on Android.

To get Platinum you need to complete missions of the day. Play every day and you will get about 10 coins. If you aren’t in the mood to play to unlock the game mods, ideally you will require to complete all missions everyday for 50 consecutive days to unlock the NPL mode (IPL)

FREE MODE

The free mode is just good to play but you can’t customise the player’s names and their bowling style as you could in WCC2. This free mode or quick match feels a bit boring compared to NPL tournament (IPL)

CAREER MODE

Here in this mode you will have to play using a single player. You are the protagonist of the game much like a pro in FIFA. You can customise the player here and give it a role in the team which cannot be changed once you start your career and even though you have to pay 249 bucks to start the career mode.

Though you pay all this money to unlock the modes, there are lots of limitations in the game. One of them if you want to start a match using your career mode you can do that only when the energy of the player is maintained. After the energy is gone or decreased you may have to wait for sometime to begin the match. But, you can definitely increase the energy using the gold coins.

In the game only one career profile can be maintained at a time. The career in itself is pretty elaborate. There are a total of 25 tournaments in tha WCC league and 6 in International.

GAMEPLAY AND CONTROLS

BATTING

In the gameplay you can notice lots of improvements have been made compared to the WCC2 game. They have introduced a new controller scheme called swipe control in WCC3. Apart from the good old hit button and pull and release, you are now in better control of things, let it be about short selection or fielding WCC3 developers have done a great job.

Some controls are similar to WCC2 L, like you can swipe to the direction where you want to hit the ball. you have a button for toggle the loft on and on the right side you have a power slider.

BOWLING

Bowling controls are completely changed and are a bit more improved compared to WCC2. You have 2 boxes now, one is on the left side to select the length of the delivery and one on the right side to control the spin and swing of the ball. I personally liked this setup especially for bowling because now you can precisely choose where the ball will swing or spin.

FIELDING

You also have control over the field now. After the batsman hits the ball you will have to wait a moment and tap on the precise moment to throw the ball back to the keeper and your timing decides how well the throw will be executed. If you want to set the field to auto you can do it as well.

GRAPHICS

Graphics are slightly better than WCC2. Overall rendering quality looks much better, speaking of the stadium you have quite a few to choose this time. Almost 40 different stadiums are there and again you will have to pay some bucks to instantly unlock the particular stadiums except some 3 stadiums.
