As you all know, OnePlus is one of the emerging smartphone brands in the market and since a decade it’s been providing quality smartphones to the customers. I personally like OnePlus devices because of their quality improvements in their smartphones.
Although they produce only above mid range or mostly flagship smartphones, they are also producing some extra accessories too nowadays.
In October 2021, OnePlus had launched their new smartphone OnePlus 9RT in China but it wasn’t available globally to be purchased. Now from January 17 2022, it’s available globally and you can buy it via online stores or even through your local retailers in India.
The first step in its worldwide expansion is India, where OnePlus announced the flagship and is starting sales on January 17 as I mentioned before.
ONEPLUS 9RT SPECIFICATIONS IN SHORT
The OnePlus 9RT is powered by a very powerful Snapdragon 888 chipset, this is the most powerful chipset as of now according to me because Samsung’s Exynos and Huawei’s Kirin chipsets don’t even come close to it in case of performance. The OnePlus 9RT has a huge 6.62” AMOLED screen. I said it’s huge because people don’t consider 6+ inches smartphones to be compact and small.
The brand is offering the phone with two storage variants that is 8/128 GB memory or 12/256 GB, and there’s no microSD slot obviously for extra storage, and I don’t think there is a need for any storage expansion because in today’s world smartphones with 128 GB storage are more than enough. According to our sources there is a bigger heat sink inside the device, increasing heat dissipation by 20%, compared to the one in the OnePlus 9. This can be considered as progress.

In India it’s priced around INR42,999 for the base variant that is $580 and INR46,999 or $635) for the higher end variant, and the 9RT comes in two colors, Silver and Black colors.
OnePlus India has brought some incentives like an instant INR4,000 or $54 discount on some bank cards and 50% off selected cases, and an extra INR4,000 bonus with a trade-in of another OnePlus phone. So if you are buying it you can make use of these offers.
ONEPLUS NEW TWS LAUNCHED IN INDIA
This phone is launched in India accompanied by the OnePlus Buds Z2 true wireless earphones, I believe it to be one of the best TWS in the Indian market. While the cost of the OnePlus Buds Z2 will be around $99/€99 in the US and Europe, customers in the Asian country(India) can buy them for INR4,999, which translates to $67.
OFFERS ON THE ONEPLUS ACCESSORIES
The launch also brought some INR 500 ($6.70) discounts that will remain until January 26only. The OnePlus Band is just INR999 ($13.50), while the Wireless Bullets Z Bass Edition will be INR1,499 ($20) starting on Monday (17/01/2022)
